Refund policy

At Shine & Thrive, we're committed to making sure you love your purchases. Because we partner with a global supplier our return policy is slightly different than traditional retail stores. 

RETURNS:

We currently do not accept physical returns. This helps us keep our prices affordable and shipping times efficient.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue.

Once verified, we'll gladly offer a replacement or full refund. 

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS:

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 45days (U.S)
  • 60 Days (International)

Please out to us and we'll resolve it with a refund or replacement. 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they are already being processed. 

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Items marked as delivered
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind.

EXCHANGES:

At this time we're not offering traditional exchanges due to the nature of our fulfillment process.
