Because we work with trusted global suppliers, shipping times may vary.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, holidays or carrier issues. 

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you follow your package every step of the way. 

SHIPPING DELAYS:

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 45 days (U.S)
  • 60 days (International)

Please contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Shine & Thrive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier.
